The Synergie Leadership Form (SLF) was launched in 2025. It is an exclusive, small-group educational event hosted by the Synergie Veterinary Consulting Group. It is designed for veterinary practice leaders to build long-term client bonds, improve workplace culture, and master operational and leadership alignment by combining expert-lead lectures with active peer facilitation.
When the CEO came to me with this project, all she knew is that she wanted to feature an image of the host city, Charlotte, NC, and to use their recently redesigned logo as a jumping off point, as Synergie was in a place of growth and wanted to make that branding memorable and cohesive.
Starting with a Sponsorship Prospectus, I created all aspects of the event experience. Projects included:
- Sponsorship Prospectus
- Promotional Flyers
- A 66-page Learning Journal for attendees to use during presentations to take notes, do exercises, etc
- House ads within the Learning Journal
- Signage
- Branded Tumbler artwork as a take-home for attendees
